A sum of Rs 3000 is to be given in the form of 63 prizes . if a prize is of either rs 100 or or rs 25, find the number of prizes of each type. question have in linear equation one variable. please give me a answer please

Let 100 rs be m

Therefore 25rs prizes will be 63-m

Now, 100m+25(63-m)=3000

100m+1575-25m=3000

75m+1575=3000

75m=3000-1575

75m=1425

m=1425/75

m=19.

Therefore 100rs prizes=19

25rs prizes=63-m=63-19=44
