16x+27y=74100(eq 1)
x+y =3600(eq2)
multiply equation two by 16
therefore 16x+27y=74100
16x+27y=57600(subtract both equations)
u will get 11y=1650
therefore y=1500
as we know x+y=3600
x+1500=3600
then x=3600-1500=2500
as x is greater therefore the answer is 2500
