Let Rs 5 notes be , " x "

So , Rs 10 notes are " 90 - x "

⇒ 5 ( x ) + 10 ( 90 - x ) = 500

⇒ 5x + 900 - 10x = 500

⇒ - 5x = 500 - 900

⇒ - 5x = - 400

⇒ 5x = 400

⇒ x = 80  $\pink{\bigstar}$

So , Rs 5 rupees notes , x = 80  $\pink{\bigstar}$

Rs 10 rupees notes , 90 - x = 10  $\pink{\bigstar}$
