Answer:

Let  A's share be =Rsx

Then, B's share =Rs69,300−x

For A,

N=24−21=3years

P=Rsx

For B,

N=24−22=2years

P=Rs69,300−x

R=10  %

So, A's share be =Rsx=Rs33,000

Then, John's share =Rs69,300−x=Rs36,300

Step-by-step explanation:

Sum = Rs 69300

Let share of boy A be Rs x.

Then share of boy B = Rs (69300 – x)

Age of A = 21 years

∴ Time for investment for A (t1) = (24 – 21) years = 3 yrs

Age of B = 22 years

∴ Time for investment for B (t2) = (24 – 22) years = 2 yrs

Rate (r) = 10% p.a.

Now, principal for A (PA) = share of A = Rs x

Principal for B (PB) = share of B = Rs (69300 – x)
