Let the number of coins be x... Then, the number of coins of 5 will be 5x and the number of coins of 10 will be 10x. Making an equation, 10x+5x =15x=500. After solvong you get x to be 100/3. If x =100/3... 5x= 100/3×5 = 500/3 and 10x will be 1000/3. Thus number of denomination of 5 and 10 are 500/3 and 1000/3 respectively
