• Total Surface area of cylinder, T.S.A = 1628 m

• Sum of Radius and Height = r + h = 37 cm

• But T.S.A of solid cylinder = 2πr(r+h)

• T.S.A = 2πr(r+h)

• 1628 = 2*22/7*r(37)

• 1628*7/44*37 = r

• r = 7 m

• h = 37-7 = 30 m

• Circumference of the base = 2πr

• C = 2*22/7*7

• C = 44 m
