Answer:

Treaty of Versailles is mostly fair to Germany. The treaty reduced Germany's army to 100,00 men, airforce was no longer allowed, and only 6 capitals were permitted to have naval ships but no submarines.

Answer:

  • Both Turkey and Austria lost the World War I where they had to pay reparations for all the lose they caused the other nations.
  • In case of Treaty of Versailles, many nations agreed that it was the right thing to do since Germany was getting out of control and following expansionism, which harmed many neighbouring territories. Alongside Germany, Austria also suffered because of the relations it had with Germany and all the help it provided Germany.
  • Austria was separated from Hungary and was not allowed to ever unify again. Its territories were also given to Italy, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia. It might seem a little unfair when it comes to losing territores, and it also caused internal wars in Austria.
  • In Turkey, it can be said that the treaty of Sevres was unfair towards Turkey as the treaty was never fully implemented and yet foreign powers were ruling Turkey as their own. It lost many of its population and territories and the nation was placed under foreign powers. Later the Treaty of Sevres was replaced by Treaty of Lausanne, which deducted and removed many of the reparations mentioned in the previous treaty.
