Summary of a story named "Art is for everyone"
In the story, there was a girl named Margaret who lives on the island of Meddybemps. When she came home, she had tears in her eyes. She told her mother that it was a drawing of Tippity Witchet's house and a boy said it was awful. Her mother told that the boy was wrong but Margaret did not believe her because she was her mother so she will say such things. So to find out whether the drawing is good or bad, they rode their bicycles to Tippity Witchet's house. Tippity Witchet was a good and kind witch. When she saw the picture, she smiled her biggest smile and said it was a good drawing. Margaret explained what had happened that made her cry. Tippity Witchet said art is for everyone. To explain what she wanted to say, Tippity Witchet waved the wand and in the blink of an eye, they found themselves near some fishing boats. He found a man painting the picture of two fishermen who were working on the boat. Tippity Witchet whispered that the man painting was Uncle Dot. Uncle Dot heard everything and turned to introduce to himself. Margaret showed her drawing to Uncle Dot and he said there is no bad quality in the drawing. He told Tippity Witchet, Margaret and her mother to make the scenery that he was making using the supplies that he had. Her mother refused but Tippity Witchet explained her that what happens when you don't do well, you can atleast have fun in it by just doing your own way. Tippity Witchet, Margaret and her mother chose different supplies and started their drawing. Soon, everyone were busy in their work. Sometimes they would look at each other's picture and say good things about them. The smell coming from the house of Uncle Dot made the artists hungry so they stopped for the day and tacked their drawings on an old board. Margaret and her mother understood what Tippitey Witchet meant to say and from that day, Margaret and her mother understood that it does not matter what anyone will say, it's your style of doing such things.
