A survey of 73 customers were taken at a bookstore regarding the type books purchased. The survey found out that 42 customers purchased mysteries, 33 purchased science fiction and 27 purchased romance novels. If 17 purchased mysteries and science fiction ,14 purchased mysteries and romance novels , 8 purchase science fiction and romance and 4 purchased all three types.
i. How many of the surveyed customers purchased only romance novels. [3]
ii. How many purchased mysteries and science fiction, but not romance. [4]

Since for  already purchased all 3 we subtract 4 which makes . 14 purchased mystery and romance, 4 already purchased all 3 we subtract and get 10. 17 Mystery and Sci - Fi, subtract 4 we get 13. 27 purchased Romance only - 18 we get 9. 33 purchased Sci Fi - 21 = 12. 42 purchased mystery - 27 = 15.
