we know that v=D/t
Swimmer can swim with velocity of 10m/s
River flowing with velocity of 8 m/s
Total width =480m
Therefore √(V)²-(u)²=480/t
√(10)²-(8)²=480/t
√100-64=480/t
6t=480/t
t=80 sec
