total distance covered by that boy = 15m+15m = 30m = 0.03km

time taken to cover whole distance = 5 min. = 5/60 = 1/12hr.

speed = distance / time
= 0.03/1/12
= 0.36 km/hr

distance = 30m
1m=0. 001km
30m=0. 030km
speed=dis/time
speed=0. 030/0. 08
speed =0. 375km/hour
