Given that,

Length of a swimming pool = 20m

Breadth of a swimming pool = 14m

Height (or) depth of a swimming pool = 3m

Volume of a swimming pool = lbh

Volume = 20m×14m×3m

Volume = 840m^3

Cost of cementing its floor and walls = rate × volume

Cost of cementing = 15/m^2 × 840m^3

Cost of cementing = Rs. 56 (or) $56.

Thanks...!!
