Pressure due to a column of water is ( depth or height * density * acceleration due to gravity ).

Assuming acceleration due to gravity to be 10m/s^2 and density of water to be 1000kg/m^3.

So the pressure at the bottom of the pool will be 3m * 1000 kg/m^3 * 10m/s^2 = 30,000 pascals.
