Firstly, let's calculate the mechanical advantage (M.A) :-

MA = Load/Effort

⇒ MA = 7400/370

MA = 20

Now, we know that :-

η = MA/VR × 100

⇒ η = 20/20 × 100

⇒ η = 1 × 100

MA is the abberiviation of Mechanical advantage

Mechanical Advantage = Load of body/Effort of the body

Mechanical Advantage = 7400/370

Mechanical Advantage = 20

Now

Efficiency = (Mechanical Advantage/Velocity) × 100

Efficiency = (20/20) × 100

Efficiency = 1 × 100

Efficiency = 100

Hence

Mechanical advantage is 20

Efficieny is 100%
