a(t) =  \frac{3}{ {t}^{2} }  +  \frac{2}{t }  + t + 2 = {v}^{ 1} (t)
v(t) = integral{ \: a(t) \: }
 v(x)=3\times \frac{ {x}^{ - 2 + 1} }{ - 2 + 1} +  ln(x ) + \frac{ {x}^{1 + 1} }{1 + 1} + 2x + c
v(x)= { - 3x}^{ - 1} +  ln(x ) + \frac{ {x}^{2} }{2} + 2x + c
v(x)= \frac{ {x}^{2} }{2} + 2x  -   \frac{3}{x}   +  ln(x ) + c
