A tabke costs 200 more than a chair.the price of two tables and three chairs is 1400 find the cost of each

Let cost of the chair is = x

      cost of the table is = x + 200

linear equation : x+200 + x+200 + x + x + x = 1400
                         = 5x + 400 = 1400
                         = 5x = 1400 - 400 = 1000
                         = x = 1000/5
                            x=200

        So, 
                 cost of chair = 200
                 cost of table = 200 + 200
                                       = 400
