Let The cost of a chair = ₹x

So the cost of a table = ₹(x+200)

Cost of 2 tables = ₹(200+x)×2

Cost of 3 chairs = ₹(x)×3

So,

cost of 3 chairs + cost of 2 tables = 1400

Therefore,

{(200+x)×2}+{x×3}=1400

400+2x+3x=1400

5x = 1400-400

x = 1000/5

x = ₹200

So the cost of one chair is ₹200.

Now,

Cost of table = ₹(x+200)

= ₹(200+200)

= ₹400

So the cost of a table is ₹400.
