length of table cover = 4m = 400cm
breadth of table cover = 2m = 200cm
25cm of the cover is hanging all around
therefore, length of table = 400-25-25 = 350cm
breadth of table = 200-25-25 = 150cm

area of table top = area of rectangle
= l × b = 350 × 150 = 5250 cm2

cost of polishing = 25 × 5250/100 = 1312.5 rs

Length of the table = 350 cm = 3.5 m

Similarly, Breadth of the table = (200 – 25 – 25) cm

Breadth of the table = 150 cm = 1.5 m
