A table cover is 3 m 25 cm into 230 cm to spread on a table if 30 cm of the table cover is hanging all around the table find the area of table cover with wall hanging outside

Hey mate

Let length (l) be 3m25cm= 0.0325cm

Let breadth (b) be 230cm

30cm cloth is hanging all around

So, add it into breadth or length (as u wish)

New breadth= (230+30)= 260cm

Area of cloth= area of rectangle(cloth is in shape of rectangle)

area of cloth= l*b

=0.0325*260

=7.475cm^2
