~ Then

~ Need to find  

→ 154 frocks will be stitched in =  

$\sf \implies \dfrac{20}{28} \times 154$

$\sf \implies 5.5 \times 20$

$\sf \implies 110$

Therefore ,  

∴ The tailor will take 110 days to stitch
