let speed of A be x and speed of B be y
then y-x = 3
and 2x - y = 3/2
solving both y = 4.5km/h and x = 1.5km/h
then y-x = 3
and 2x - y = 3/2
solving both y = 4.5km/h and x = 1.5km/h
