A speed at first case :
Speed = Distance/Time . Note that,
So, Speed = 30/3 = 10km/hr
A's Speed after Doubling his speed :
So 10 × 2 = 20km/hr
He is ahead to B by 3/2 hrs :
A Takes 1 and half hour to finish 30 km.
As 1 hour for him speed is 20 km. but half hour for him is 10km. B's time is 3/2 - 1/2 = 2hrs
So speed of B is 30/2 = 15km/hr
