a takes 3 hours longer than b to walk 30 km but if he doubles his speed , he takes 2 hours less time than b. find their rate of walking

I think in place of b before the full stop there should be the word (before)not b because according to my answer that I have came to it is clearly seen that A takes 2 hours less time than before.

if it is a matter of speed my answer is that b is traveling at a speed of 30km/x whereas A before was traveling at 10km/x but later on it increases to 20km/x.
