Answer:

A's speed 10km/3hr B's speed 5km/hr

Step-by-step explanation:

let B's speed be xkm/hr and A's speed be ykm/hr than time taken by B is 30/x

so time take by A is (30/x)+3

now we have

30/y = (30/x)+3 ( 1st equation)

in second condition when A's doubles his speed the equation is 30/2y = (30/x)-1.5 (2nd equation)

solving this we get A's speed y=10km/3hr and B's speed x 5 km/hr
