Because the monkey is a strong and smart animal. It can work. It is normal to see a monkey working and helping in building the bridge But for the squirrel it was completely opposite, Squirrel is a small tiny animal. It is not weak but not even as strong compared to the monkey. Hence, dispute of being small the squirrel helped, so the work of squirrel was as important as of the monkey.
