A minaret is a building or a structure which is tall and less wide (thin or lean). It is multistoried i.e., it has many floors one over the other in decreasing size (kinda looks like a triangle). For example Qutub Minar, it is tall, lean, has multi stories with decreasing size.

Umm kinda, I mean just like a cone, the diameter keeps on changing... Like if u see any pic of Qutub Minar, u can say that it's size keeps on changing
