Radius OP=5cm and OQ=12cm
PQ is the tangent to the circle. So, by Pythagoras theorem we get,
ZOP Q = 90°
PQ2 = OQ? OP?
=> PQ2 = 122 – 52
=> PQ? = 144 – 25
=> PQ? = 119
=> PQ = v119cm
