A tank can hold 50 liters of water. At present, it is only 30% full. How many liters of water shall I put into the tank so that it becomes 50% full ?

Means 100% tank can hold water = 50 litre

1% tank can hold = 50/100 = 0.5 litre

30% tank can hold water= 0.5 x30 = 15 litre

50% tank can hold = 0.5x50 = 25 litre

So the tank is 30% full means it have 15 litres of water in it to fill upto 50% means to fill upto 25 litre we have to add 25-15= 10 litre water into tank.
