Litres of water tank contains = 1000 l

water flows each second = 5l

Answer:

As the rate of flow of water is 5 litres per second

per secondWater left after one second= Amount of water in the tank- rate of flow per second× number of second

per second× number of secondAmount of water= 1000 litres

per second× number of secondAmount of water= 1000 litresrate of flow per second= 5

5Number of second = t

Water in tank after each second= 1000- 5×t

The sequence will be as follows:-

1000-5,995-5,990-5,985-5,980-5,975-5,970-5
