Volume is a cylinder is base area into height
so volume=616×0.48 m³ =295.68 m³
let the radius be r
to find the LSA we need to find out the radius of the cylinder,so radius is...
πr²=616 =>r²=616/π =>r²=616×7/22 =>r²=196 =>r=√196 =>r=14 m
circumference=2πr=2×22/7×14 =88 m
Therefore LSA=88×0.48=42.24 m²

Base area of cylinder is a circle

thus,

Area of base = area of circle

area \: of \: base = \pi {r}^{2}
616 = \frac{22}{7} \times {r}^{2} \\ \\ \frac{616 \times 7}{22} = {r}^{2} \\ \\ 28 \times 7 = {r}^{2} \\ \\ 196 = {r}^{2} \\ \\ 14 = r \\ \\ r = 14 \: m
volume \: of \: cylinder = \pi {r}^{2} h \\ \\ = \frac{22}{7} \times {14}^{2} \times 0.48 \\ \\ = \frac{22}{7} \times 14 \times 14 \times 0.48 \\ \\ = 22 \times 2 \times 14 \times 48 \\ \\ = 295.68 \: {m}^{3}
lsa \: of \: cylinder \: = \: 2 \pi rh
 = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 14 \times 0.48 \\ \\ = 44 \times 2 \times 0.48 \\ \\ = 88 \times 0.48 \\ \\ = 42.24 \: {m}^{2}
