⇒ 1 hour = 1/8 of the tank
.
Tap B can empty the tank in 16 hours
⇒ 1 hour = 1/16 of the tank
.
If Tap A and Tap B are both opened:
⇒ 1 hour = 1/8 - 1/16
⇒1 hour = 1/16 of the tank is filled
.
Number of hours needed to completely fill the tank
