Answer:

A fills 1/90 of the tank per minute. B fills 1/60 of the tank per minute.

Together, they fill 1/90 + 1/60 = 5/180 of the tank per minute. The tank is filled in 180/5 = 36 minutes

If tap a+b=3000lites=60 min with tap a 1000liter per hour and tap b 2000 lit per hour then time to full the tank with two taps together will be =1000x60/3000=20 min
