A tap can fill a tank in 10 hours and another
tap can do so in 5 hours. The first tap is
opened and allowed to run for 2 hours. Then
the second tap is also opened. How long will
it take (total time) for the tank to be filled?​

Answer:

lets suppose that the tank is filled with 10litres

if first tank is opened for 2 hours then 2 litres is filled and after that second tap is opened then 8 litres of water is left then second tap takes 4 hours to fill it then total time taken is =6 hours
