There will be 11 taxis at a time in between stations coz  after every 10 minutes lefts one .hence each taxi meets 22 taxis during too & fro . so including herself there will  (11+11+1)23 taxis  on the way to meet each other en-route .

23 taxis coming from either side will each taxi meet en route from Y to X.

Solution:

Every 10 minutes a taxi leaves from station X to station Y. Simultaneously every 10 minutes a taxi leaves from station Y to station X. Both the taxis moves at the constant speed and reaches the destination X and Y stations in 2 hours.

From the above referred data, it can be noted that every 10 minutes the taxis leave the respective i.e. X and Y. Thus, it can be said that there will be 11 taxis at a time in between stations X and Y after every 10 minutes lefts one.

Hence each taxi will meet 22 taxis from x station to y station and from y station to x station. Thus, including 22 taxis, there will (11 + 11 + 1) = 23 taxis on the way to meet each other en route.
