let the marked price be 100x.
dis=dis%/100*mp
=12/100*100x
=12x
discount=marked price-selling price
12x=100x-528
528=100x-12x
528=88x
x=528/88
x=6
marked price =100x =100*6
=600ans

Rs. 600

Let us assume the marked price of tea set Rs = A

Given:

Marked Price - Discounted Price = 528

The Discount Percentage = 12 %

To Find:

The Marked Price Of The Tea Set.

Calculating:

Calculating the Marked Price of the Tea Set:

=> A - 12/100 x A = 528

=> 100 A - 12 A / 100 = 528

Taking 100 to the other side of the equation:

=> 100 A - 12 A = 528 x 100

=> 88 A = 52800

Taking 88 to the other side of the equation we get:

=> A = 52800 / 88

=> A = Rs 600

Therefore, the Marked Price of the tea set is Rs 600.
