let the zeroes be p and q

The sum and product of the zeros given

(i) sum = 2 and product = 2

then

p+q = 2 = $\frac{-b}{a}$

pq = 2 = $\frac{c}{a}$

i.e the polynomial if a = 1 b= -2 and c = 2

then x²-2x+2

similarly

(iii) 13 and -15

p+q = 13

pq = -15

then a = 1 b = -13 and c = -15

therefore polynomial = x²-13x+15
