A teacher has to distribute four colour pencils Red, Green, Blue and Yellow
among three students- Althaf, Shahbaaz and Siddu.
• No two students get the same set of colour pencils and each student gets at least
one colour pencil.
• Each colour pencil is distributed to at least one student.
• Shahbaaz gets every colour pencil that Althaf gets.
• If Siddu gets colour pencils Blue or yellow, then Althaf gets Green colour pencil.
• If Siddu gets exactly three colour pencils, then Shahbaaz gets Red colour pencil.
• If Althaf gets colour pencils Red or yellow, then Siddu gets neither of them. If Althaf
gets the colour pencil Red, Green and Blue, which of the following must be true?

If Althaf gets the colour pencils Red, Green and Blue, then the following must be true:

Shahbaaz gets all of the colour pencils that Althaf gets (Red, Green, Blue)

Siddu does not get the colour pencil Red, since Althaf gets it and it is stated that "If Althaf gets colour pencils Red or yellow, then Siddu gets neither of them."

If Siddu gets exactly three colour pencils, then Shahbaaz gets Red colour pencil. So Siddu should have at least one colour pencil other than Red and Green and Blue.

If Siddu gets colour pencils Blue or yellow, then Althaf gets Green colour pencil. So Siddu should not have Blue or Yellow colour pencil.

So, the only option left for Siddu is Yellow.

So, Siddu gets Yellow colour pencil.
