A teacher ordered some bakery products from a baker and they were duly delivered

to her. After consuming it her children fell sick. Can she sue the baker for

damages? If so under which Act? Advise the parties.​

Bakery products are harmful for human health espacially for children. May be her children fell sick for for other reason or may it happen So she should be careful in this situation
