Answer:

the thumping sound is made by our heart in every cardiac cycle because of the closure of cuspid and semilunar valves of the ventricular chamber of the heart respectively

Answer : Thumbing sound is of the heart beat.

Cardiac Cycle : It consists of one heartbeat or one cycle of contraction and relaxation of the cardiac muscle. The duration of a cardiac cycle is 0.8 second. The successive stages of the cardiac cycle are :-

1. Atrial contraction happens due to which the bood is forced inro the ventricles as the bicuspid and tricuspid valves open.

2. Now the ventricular contraction begins and there is closure of bicuspid and tricuspid valves producing a sound 'lub'. After the completion of ventricular contraction the semilunar valves open and blood flows to the pulmonary trunk and aorta.

3. Now there is ventricular relaxation and the semilunar valves are closed, the second sound 'dub' is produced the tricuspid and bicuspid valve open again and the pressure in the ventricles fall and blood flows from atria to into the ventricles.
