Solution-25 gm of KOH in water and the volume of the solution is 100 ml.

Mass by volume percentage of solution =

Mass of solute /mass of solution *100=25g/100ml*100

Detailed Answer:

Student C made the required 25% solution.

25 gm of KOH in water and the volume of the solution is 100 ml.

Mass by volume percentage of a solution =
mass of solute / volume of solute*100=25/100*100=25%
