Answer:

by using formula

volume of sphere=4/3× pie ×r^3

Explanation:

(a)d=7cm

r=3.5cm

volume of tennis ball= 4/3 × 22/7 × (3.5)^3

=179.667cm^3

(b)d=0.07m

r=0.035m

volume of tennis ball=4/3 × 22/7 × (0.035)^3

=0.000179667m^3

I hope this helps you.

Solution :-

\sf\large{Diameter \: of \: tennis \: ball \:  = 7 \: cm}

\large\therefore\sf{radius \: of \: tennis \: ball \: (r) =  \large\frac{7}{2}  \: cm = 3.5 \: cm}

\large\sf \: a)\therefore  \: volume \: of \: a \: sphere \: (tennis \: ball)  = \large\frac{4}{3} \pi \: {r}^{3}

\large\sf \:  =  \frac{4}{3}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 3.5 \times 3.5 \times 3.5

\large\sf \:  =\underline{ 179.6 \: cm}

\large\sf \: b) \: volume \: in \:  {m}^{3}  =  \frac{179.6}{1000000}  = \underline { 0.0001796 \:  {m}^{3} }
