Height of cone = 16m-11m = 5m
Diameter of cone = Diameter of cylinder= 24m
radius of cone/cylinder=12m
slant height of cone = h2+r2 under root
= 13m
area required= pi*r*l + 2*pi*r*h
= 3.14 x 12m(13m + 2 x 5m )
= 3.14 x 12 (13 + 10m )
= 3.14 x 12(23m)
=866.64m2
