A tent is in the shape as is a cylinder fixed by a conical top .the height and diameter of the cylinder part are 2.1m and 4m respectively, and the slant height of the top is 2.8m,then find the area of the canvas used for making the tent .Also, find the cost of the canvas of the tent at the rate of Rs 500 per m^2

Area of the canvas used for making tent =CSA of cone +CSA of cylinder

=πrl+2πrh

=22/7×2{2.8 +2×2.1}

=44m^2

cost of canvas of the tent for per m^2=Rs 500

cost of canvas of the tent for 44m^2=44×500

=Rs 22000
