Test tube will sink more after adding water to milk. Whether the test tube floats or sinks depends on relative density of test tube w.r.t. milk. When water is added to milk, density of milk decreases. As less resistance is provided by milk to test tube sinking, test tube will sink more in the milk after adding water.
