qp = 12 c.m

here, by Pythagoras theorem

pr^{2} =pq^{2}+qr^{2}

13^2 = x^2 + 12^2

169 - 144 = x^2

X^2 = 25

x = 5  \:  \:  \: c.m

tan \:  \:  p - cot \:  \:  r = 5/12 - 5/12

tan \:  \:  p - cot  \:  \:  \: r = 0.
