(a) The combustion of one mole of benzene takes place at 298K and 1 atm. After combustion, CO2(8)
and H20 (1) are produced and 3267.OKJ of heat is liberated calculate the standard enthalpy of formation
A;H of benzene. Standard enthalpies of formation of CO2 (g) and H20 (1) are -393.5 KJ mol'and -
285.83KJ Mol respectively.
(b) Calculate the amount of water(g) produced by the combustion of 16g of methane.
(c) For an isolated system, ΔU = 0, What will be ΔS?​
