Given points -3, 4.

The point on the x axis Is -3, 0

Using distance formula

Distance = √(-3+3)^2 + (4-0)^2 (formula used here

is √(x1-x2)^2+(y1-y2)^2. )

i.e. distance = √0+16

i.e. distance = √16

i.e. distance = 4

therefore answer is 4 i.e. (iii) is correct
