let the breadth = x

nd length be = 2x

perimeter = 2(l+b)

90 = 2( 2x+x)

90 = 2× 3x

90 = 6x

x= 90/6= 15m

hence the breadth of rectangle = 15m

nd length = 15×2= 30m

now, we have to find area of rectangle...

so,

Area of rectangle = L× B

= 30× 15

= 450m²
