as we know,

 R = ρ L / A      

Case- 1 :  R1 = ρ L1 / A

Case-2 :  R2 = ρ L2 / A

Now, ratio of Case- 1 to Case- 2 :

            R1 / R2 =  ρ L1 / A /ρ L2 / A

                        =  ρ L1 × A /  ρ L2 × A

             R1 / R2 = L1 / L2

            ⇒ 6.22 / R2 = 100 / 70               [1m = 100cm]  

            ⇒ R2 = 6.22 × 70 ÷ 100

            ⇒ R2 = 4.354
