a)The sum of radius of base and height of solid cylinder is 37 m. If the total surface area of

solid cylinder is 1628 m2, find:

i) Radius of its base.

ii) Cost of painting its total surface at the rate of ₹ 15.10 per square meter. answer fast​

1. tsa of cylinder=2πr(h+r)

1628m^2=2*22/7*r*37

r=1628*7/2*22*37

r=7m

therefore, radius of its base is 7m.

2. cost of per square metre=15.10 rupees

=1628*15.10

=24582.8 rupees

 \dashrightarrow \:  \boxed{ \bf{r = 7 \: m}} \\  \\

For finding the cost of painting it:

  • 1 m² = Rs 15.10
  • 1628 m² = ?
